Become a registered customer

Yup, that's it! Just click Sign Up and fill out the registration form and you'll earn 25 points!

Buy our products

Earn rewards on each product you purchase. The more products you purchase, the more points you earn. Reward points will show up in your account after the order is paid for and shipped. Points can be used at anytime or saved up for future discounts. Points can be accrued on purchases of regular stock, sale items, and clearance items. Taxes and shipping costs do not accrue points.

Write product reviews

** Please note: You must be logged into your account to earn points for reviews. Share your thoughts with other shoppers about products you've purchased. Write about what you like or dislike about the products you purchased. Approved product reviews will earn you 10 points. Your review will not automatically post. We review your review before it posts. Not all reviews are approved and posted. The following are reasons why your review may not be approved and posted: Posting a link to another website, posting an advertisement for another company or website, or posting spam of any sort. You may post a review one time for each product. Subsequent reviews will not earn additional points.

How much is each point worth?

Each point is worth 1 cent when redeemed. So 100 points is worth $1.

Can points earned online also be used in your retail store?

No, unfortunately the reward points online cannot be used in our store. 

How do I track my earned points?

To view your current point balance, login and go to your account. Your current point balance will appear under the Reward information. Please note that when you earn reward points on your purchases, these reward points will remain in a pending status until you have paid for your order and we have shipped your order. Once we ship your order, your reward points will show up in your active account and can be used on purchases.

Do I have to become a registered customer to take advantage of customer rewards?

Yes. I know you may have concerns about sharing information online and I understand your desire to keep private information private. However, our program can only track, assign, and apply points for customers who are registered. As always, please know that we do not sell, rent or distribute customer information to any third party and will vigorously protect your information.

I returned an item. Will points be deducted from my rewards account?

Yes. The reward points you earn for the purchase of an item that you return will be deducted from your account automatically.

How do I redeem the reward points I've earned?

During checkout, click the Reward Points tab and you'll see your reward point balance and an option to apply reward points to your current order. Enter the number of points you would like to apply to your order and the discount will appear.

Do reward points expire?

Yes, reward points expire 180 days (6 months) after they were made active on your account. Our store will send you email messages to let you know if you have reward points that are getting ready to expire so make sure you keep your email address up to date.

Are all reviews accepted and posted to your site?

We monitor all reviews before to posting them to the website. Most reviews are posted. If a review contains a link to another website or contains any other kind of advertisement, we will not post the review.

How often can I post reviews?

You can post 1 review every 24 hours. If you post more than one review within a 24 hour period, you will receive points for the first review but not the second review.

Here's the not-so-fine print

Points may only be earned or applied for orders originating from the TSGS website. Orders that originate via email or by phone may not apply. Customers must choose to apply point discounts to orders during the checkout process. Orders cannot be edited. We cannot apply point discounts to orders after they are submitted for processing and shipment. This program is void where prohibited by law. TSGS reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time and without cause or notice. Points are not redeemable for cash.
